Barron & Co. Legal, a Toronto-based corporate and employment law firm, set out to reposition itself as a premium boutique brand while significantly increasing qualified inbound corporate leads. The goal was to compete with larger firms by modernizing its digital presence across both paid and organic channels.
Strategy & Execution
We executed a brand repositioning that included a sophisticated serif wordmark logo with an ampersand detail, a refined color palette (navy, slate gray, champagne gold), and a consistent corporate-focused brand voice.
A lead generation funnel was launched via LinkedIn Ads promoting a downloadable legal guide, supported by a 3-step email nurture sequence to convert leads into consultations.
The website redesign delivered a responsive, SEO-optimized platform with targeted service pages, a business-focused legal blog, and strong CTAs. Content marketing featured high-value legal insights, including the most-viewed blog: “What Every Employer Should Know About Termination Laws in Ontario.”
Results:
- Website traffic grew from 220/mo to 2,150+/mo,
- Qualified leads increased from 3/mo to 30+/mo,
- and LinkedIn Ads achieved a 4.8% CTR.
- Engagement rose to 5.6%,
- Email subscribers reached 417,
- and Google Reviews improved from 5 to 21 (4.9 avg.).
